A cold, stiff breeze sided Jon. Closer and closer he came to his house. Then a sudden ‘BANG’ sounded behind him. He whipped around to see what it was, but nothing was there. He looked around, but all he saw was pure darkness.
“Is anyone there?” Jon said.
Without hesitating, Jon turned back around in the direction of his home. Another ‘BANG’ came out of the darkness. He turned again to seek his tormentor. But nothing was there. He knew something was following him. With instinct and panic, Jon Started to walk faster. Closer and closer the bangs came. Jon’s heart was racing faster and faster. Frightened for his life, Jon stumbles on feet. The banging behind him stopped. Jon was still facing the pavement. He wanted to turn around, to see his invisible stalker, but was frozen with fright. He closed his eyes and swallowed hard. He turned around. Then a big black creature jumped out of what seemed to be nowhere on top of Jon. He tried to scream, but the immense shock of what he was witnessing only made his mouth hang open without a sound inching out of it. The monster had long white fangs, and eyes dark and as cold as the artic. Jon couldn’t believe his eyes.
“I have been wanted to do this for a long time, Jonathan.” Said the monster. Jon didn’t have a moment to take in the even bigger shock of it knowing his name. At that moment, practically inches away from his home, it bit down savagely on Jon’s neck. He drank his blood with a slow quench full desire. Jon howled in pain. He could feel himself becoming weak and frail. His heart slowed. Jon closed his eyes and passed out. The monster stopped drinking, sitting up on top of him, licking his lips that were drenched with thick blood. He stared at Jon’s limp and half dead body. He had a malevolence smile on his face that would make a man die of fright. The monster stood up. He had on all black. Black jeans, black shirt, black boots and a long, black flowing jacket that to reached the floor. He stooped down to pick up Jon. He walked down the street carrying him to his lair…
